Get paid
You earn on validated video plays of pages whose title you told us. Everything else is measured but not paid.
What earns
Section titled “What earns”A play earns when both of these are true.
1. It is a validated play. On a video site type: started, and 30 seconds watched or 20% of the runtime, whichever comes first, up to 3 per visitor per title per day. On a dwell site type: 5 minutes on the page, up to 1 per visitor per page per day. The exact rules are in Metrics.
2. You told us what the page was about. The page called
webstats('content', ...), and we could resolve it to a real title:

A title we guess for you, with no declaration on the page, never earns. Neither does a
declaration we cannot resolve to anything. So the safe habit is: send a tmdb or imdb id
where you have one, and always send a correct title.
If the vidstats team has enabled URL id-matching on your pixel, an id in the page URL resolves the title the same way a declaration does.
Add a payout method
Section titled “Add a payout method”Open Settings, then Payout methods. New accounts pay out in crypto: add a wallet, pick the coin and its network, and paste your address. We check the address against that network before saving, so a typo cannot slip through.
Supported coins are XLM, XRP, LTC, and Nano for low fees and fast settlement. Bitcoin, Ethereum, and USDT still work for existing payees but are deprecated. If you use XLM or XRP, remember that sending to an exchange also needs a memo or destination tag.
Add as many as you like and mark one as the default: payouts go to the default.
When payouts run
Section titled “When payouts run”Payouts run automatically every Sunday, once the week closes. Earnings shows your pending balance, lifetime earned, and every past statement.
Higher-value regions earn a larger share of your base rate, which is what the Payout tiers panel on Earnings breaks down.
Why Overview shows a different figure
Section titled “Why Overview shows a different figure”Earnings settle weekly and ignore the date range, so the statement figure on Overview does not move when you change the range. Visit numbers on the same screen do follow the range.
